How we work

Why Bond Golf Global

Golf Fore All

Golf works best when the person who has played for forty years and the person who has never held a club can both enjoy the same afternoon. Everything we run is built around that.

Operators, not advisers

We have run the clubs, staged the tournaments and taken the phone calls at seven in the morning. Advice from people who have not done that is worth what you pay for it.

Community first

A golf course sits in a place, and the place notices when it closes. Jones Creek is a business, but it is also a neighbourhood getting something back.

Andrew Brooks, Founder & Owner at Bond Golf Global

Andrew Brooks

Founder & Owner

Andrew began as a Club Professional, working on instruction, play and player development — which is where the conviction that golf should be open to everyone comes from.

He moved into management, taking leadership roles at clubs owned and operated by high-profile hotel groups, and later with IMG in Asia, where he learned how differently the golf business behaves from one culture to the next.

He led the reopening and management of Port Royal Golf Course in Bermuda, a Robert Trent Jones Sr. design, following its refurbishment in 2008 — and then staged four PGA Grand Slams of Golf there with the PGA of America.

Five years with the Bermuda Tourism Authority followed, as Director of Golf Sales and Marketing, building the strategy that turned the island’s separate courses into a single golf destination.

He now leads Bond Golf Global, and is bringing Jones Creek Golf Course back from closure.
