Who we are

Bond Golf Global, Evans, Georgia, United States. For anything in this policy, contact us at info@bondgolfglobal.com or 803-477-6824.

What we collect

Two things, and only two.

What you send us. If you fill in the enquiry form we receive your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message.

Analytics, if you agree to it. If you accept cookies we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. If you decline, no analytics runs at all — see the cookie policy.

We do not buy data about you, and we do not sell or share yours.

Why we can hold it

Enquiries: because you asked us to get in touch, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact the business. Analytics: because you consented, and only for as long as you leave that consent in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to us. Analytics data is retained by Google on the setting we choose — currently 14 months.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, our website host, and Google Analytics if you have accepted cookies. That is the whole list. Each of them holds it to process it for us, not for their own purposes.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will do it. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to object to processing, to ask for your data in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

Before launch: this is a plain-English draft covering what the site actually does. It is not legal advice — have someone qualified read it, and update it the moment the site starts doing anything else with data (a newsletter, a booking system, a CRM).
